OUR MISSION

UPLIFT HER is a health & wellness event for women to inform & empower women of color to take responsibility & prioritize their health.

Participants will be exposed to a robust network of healthcare professionals, community partners, sponsors, community health workers, patient navigators, and vendors that will provide a variety of resources that support: • Heart Health & Diabetes Health with Biometric Screenings & Education• Breast Health, Mammograms, & Education• Women’s Wellness, Cervical Cancer Screenings, & Education• Lung Health, Cancer Assessments, & Education• Colorectal Health, Cancer Assessments, & Education• Maternal & Infant Health, Education, & Safe Sleep Resources• Mental Wellness, Cognitive Assessments, & Education• Organ, Tissue, & Blood Donation Registrations, Education, & Resources• Youth Mentorship Activities for young ladies, ages 13-17
