90 Days of Wellness

We are more than a walk. Our organization is shaped around our initiative pillars. Through our research , each pillar focus is to promote awareness, provide resources, and build a judgement free network of support to help people reach their goals. Outside of our staple event, Wellness Day, we host an array of events to support our community.

We conducted over 5,000 free health screenings for Black men in 2024, with devastating results. Over 85% had High Blood Pressure (HBP), a silent killer that often goes unnoticed. Worse, 56.7% were unaware of the risk. Know your numbers for survival, not just statistics. It's time to manage our health.Uplift Her

Team Wilson

By joining Team Wilson, you are pledging to show up for yourself, your family, and your community by attending Black Men’s Wellness Day Columbus on August 8 from 7 a.m. to 12 p.m. to get free health screenings, know your numbers, and take action before a health issue becomes a crisis.

Team Wilson is also rallying the community to lead the charge in participation. Our goal is to bring more people out to get screened than Team Hillman, learn their health status, and take proactive steps toward better health. This is friendly competition with a serious purpose to saving lives through prevention and awareness. Join Team Wilson today and stand with us in the fight for better health, prevention, wellness, and community impact.
